FartStock 2000 #2
 LAN Party Pictures

We played lots of UT CTF, UT Instagib CTF, the UT mod StrikeForce, Q3A CTF, Q3A Alliance CTF, Q3A Demonic CTF and Soccer, Q3A Rocket Arena, the Half-Life mod Counter-Strike, and some played Motocross Madness2.   A great time at the Smiley Estate.

The participants at play-

Far: Runnyfart, Bowzer (standing), Tempest/YoungFogey, rS, Miller Time (standing), and Clydefrog

Near: Hitman/Scooby/Hasmed, and HeyBeerMan

We even got HBM to play some UT Insta with us - then he started getting used to the weapon and we asked him to quit making us UTers look bad and to go back to Q3.

The equipment hanging from the ceiling:  48-port multibackplane hub, power outlets using 3 different 20-Amp circuits, and the video projector.  The video projector was connected to different participants throughout the day so they could be the "marquee" player of the hour.

Runnyfart, Tempest/YoungFogey, rS, and Clydefrog

Why doesn't any of them look like they are having fun?  Runnyfart flew in to the local airport in a rented plane - 5 hours from his home.  Nice weather for flying both directions.

LDS

Wow, LDS is the techno gadget king!  He has a split keyboard attached to a special chair so each arm can be placed on an armrest and the hands ergonomically placed on the keys.  He uses an Orb to control his games.  He also demo'ed his Aztek to G_Man and me showing all of its options and gadgets - it even has an air compressor inside the rear tailgate.

LDS also out "OF"ed me!  He has a license plate on his Aztek with his player name . . . . . I never thought I'd ever get outdone on Old Fart items  :-)

Kinda fuzzy and out of focus - but you get the idea.  Participants that are not shown in any of these pictures (at least where you could see who they are) were:  G_Man, Muerte, Mind Maggot, and myself.

Thanks to everyone that attended - it was great fun and was one of the better of our parties.
