Tip from the past parties: Bring a fresh rebreather along.

Known Games to be played: Soldier Of Fortune II and Unreal Tournament 2003.  BF1942 was great fun at the last party and there should be other games suggested that will get everyone involved.  Suggestions are always welcome.                           

  General Information:

  • The LAN Party officially starts Friday May 16th @ 10:00am and play and ends April 28th @ 3pm.  Nobody will be allowed to setup prior to this starting time.

  • No admissions fee needed, however many attendees donate to offset the meals costs.  You need to be registered with Smiley ahead of time as space is limited.

  • There is plenty of room at the SmileyHouse (or elbee's apartment a few miles away) for overnight guests for the entire weekend.  Bring your own camping foams, pillows, and sleeping bags.  Most attendees camp out under the tables but a hotel is available as shown below.

  • The closest hotel near the LAN Party location is:

Needed Computer Equipment: 
· Bring your PC and a power outlet strip.
· You need an installed and functioning ethernet card, either 100 or 10BaseT.  Bring an ethernet patch cable, although enough should be supplied - but better safe than sorry.
· You need headphones - speakers alone are not acceptable.
· There can be a couple 17" monitors available for those flying in for the party with advanced notice.
