Thursday 3/11/99
The CCs arrive at the airport at 10:30pm, the PCs are also intact. Things get setup quickly at Smiley's house and the CCs get introduced to the 600 lb. security force. Smiley goes to bed at 1am leaving the CCs to vent for themselves. (BTW, For the Americans out there - Canuck is pronounced "can-uck" like in "buck" or "duck" NOT "can-ook" as in "look" - geeze!) eh?
Friday 3/12/99
The day is young yet - and these guys are 2 hours early in their day here
A Quake3 beta preview was provided by CC.
Quite a day - we had some problems getting non plug and play network cards to work - but we eventually got everyone connected. This is nuts, nobody hardly stops to eat (of course I do so I can keep my girlish figure) and we played all day long. I went to bed at 3:30am since no one would let me get a frag. (I think they are all bots.)
Saturday 3/13/99
The day has begun. . .
Bowzer the next morning - these guys played until 6am. Of course, they got up when I did at 9:30am :)

We played LMCTF, Gloom, RA2, SuperHeroes, and Tribes. Great action all weekend.
Sunday 3/14/99
The final day. Slice sleeps the morning away again. :)
The CCs just before they left for home. It has been fun and while we played many mods we seemed to have the most fun playing LM. We finished the party playing a match on Enchanted Kingdom - wonderful ending. This event was so much fun that I am thinking of holding another late summer or early fall.
I would like that thank all the OFs, the CCs, the 7DSs, and the DBs for coming - you guys made all this worth it. It was great playing with a group like this for the whole weekend. And a special thanks to my bud Coneman who helped with the food preparation and to G_Man for the t-shirts and other help.
